A specialist methodology
PractiSync’s work is grounded in a specialist methodology — a set of operational practices and technical disciplines refined over years of working exclusively in anaesthetic billing.
The methodology is not a brand. It is the cumulative knowledge of how to handle anaesthetic claims well: which scheme behaviours to anticipate, which modifiers apply in which contexts, which standing list arrangements produce which billing patterns, which coding decisions are durable and which create downstream problems. None of this is exotic. All of it is specialist.
The methodology is what makes our service genuinely difficult to substitute.

Why we work this way
Three operating principles that shape every engagement.
Specialism, not generalism
A firm that bills for many specialties cannot, in practice, be expert in any. We chose specialism deliberately, and treat the discipline of staying specialist as more important than the opportunity to grow into adjacent work.
Accuracy before activity
A correctly submitted claim is worth more than two that generate queries. The methodology is biased towards getting the work right at the front, not towards processing volume at the back.
Quiet competence
Anaesthetic billing is operational, detailed, and largely invisible when it is being done well. We are comfortable with that. The objective is for the practitioner to forget about their billing — not because we have hidden it, but because there is nothing for them to worry about.
