The Revenue Diagnostic
A free 30-minute review of your billing performance, conducted by a specialist anaesthetic biller.
Most anaesthesiologists have never had their billing performance independently reviewed by a specialist. The Revenue Diagnostic exists to make that review easy, useful, and free of obligation.

What the diagnostic is
A 30-minute video call with Marli Goldberg, Managing Director of Operations at PractiSync and a specialist anaesthetic biller of seven years.
During the call, Marli reviews your billing performance against the metrics that matter for an anaesthetic practice — collection ratio, average days-to-pay, the shape of short-paid and rejected claims, the accuracy of your coding and modifier usage, and the behaviour of the schemes you submit to.
The review is structured. It is not a sales conversation. It produces a written one-page findings document, delivered within 48 hours of the call, that you keep and use as you see fit.
02
What we will ask you to share
The diagnostic is more useful with sight of your last six months of billing. We will ask for a summary of your billing and collection performance over that period — typically available from your existing billing system or bureau. The exact format does not matter.
If you would prefer not to share data in advance, the diagnostic still works as a structured conversation about your practice’s billing position. The findings will be less specific, but the conversation will still be valuable.
We treat all information shared during the diagnostic as confidential. Nothing is shared with any third party. Nothing is retained beyond what is needed to prepare your written findings.

What you will get from the call
Four concrete deliverables. None of them are a sales pitch.
- 01
Collection performance patterns
How your billing collection compares to patterns we see in private anaesthetic practices.
- 02
The patterns in your data
What is working well, and what is leaving revenue on the table — specific to your last six months.
- 03
The technical reasons behind any gaps
Coding, modifier, time-unit and scheme-behaviour issues, in plain terms rather than billing jargon.
- 04
Practical recommendations
Actions you can take, whether or not you choose to take any further conversation with PractiSync.

What the diagnostic is not
The diagnostic is not a sales pitch. There is no commercial conversation during the call. We do not present pricing. We do not present a service proposal. We do not ask you to sign anything.
If, after the diagnostic, you would like to take a separate commercial conversation with us, that is your decision and it happens on your timetable, not ours.
If, after the diagnostic, you decide PractiSync is not the right fit, the findings document is yours to keep and act on however is most useful to you.
05
Who runs the diagnostic
Marli has spent the past seven years specialising in the billing of anaesthetic practices. She is the practitioner-facing partner for every PractiSync client and runs the diagnostic personally. There are no junior staff conducting these reviews — the work is too technically specific, and the conversation too senior, for anything else.
